RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Iron Creed, your satisfaction comes first.

Returns  
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

Exchanges  
Need a different size? We offer easy exchanges to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will resolve it quickly.
