RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Iron Creed, your satisfaction comes first.

Returns  
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

Easy exchanges  
Need a different size? We offer simple exchanges to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Refunds  
Once your return is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping  
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.
